What do we use the information for?

eFlex Systems uses the information we collected to provide you with products and services, to process billing and payment, to collect data on how our products and services are being utilized, to improve our products, services, and web content, and to be able to contact you to provide you with eFlex’s products and services.

How do you get my consent?

eFlex systems will collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. In extreme cases we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you. When you register with eFlexSystems, we ask for information such as your name, email address, billing address, and credit card information. We also collect the e-mail addresses of those who we communicate with, aggregate information on what pages users visit, and information volunteered by the user.  We will occasionally post customer testimonials and comments on our Website, which may contain personal information. We obtain each customer’s consent via email prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. You may also unsubscribe from our email list and/or marketing list by clicking the “unsubscribe” link that you can find at the bottom of our emails. If by chance this doesn’t work, you may also email us at privacy@eflexsystems.com and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Our store is hosted on HubSpot, Inc. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products/services and provide information to you. Your data is stored through HubSpot’s data storage, databases, and the general HubSpot application.

We will never sell your Personal Information to any third party.
