eFlex Systems, Siemens and Electro-Matic invite you to MANUFACTURING IN AMERICA, a 2-day symposium and technology transfer event on March 19 and 20, 2014 at Ford Field in Detroit, MI.

eFlex System is proud to be exhibiting and speaking at this event again this year. “We always see great turn-out at this event and are anticipating another great show,” says Dan McKiernan, President of eFlex Systems. “We are excited this year to be unveiling our latest solution – eFlex Track & Trace, which is a Quality Management & Traceability Software like nothing you’ve ever seen.”

eFlex Track & Trace is a software solution which enables users to store, retrieve, and report part status in a manufacturing environment. Using state-of-the-art server software, in conjunction with streamlined plant floor controller logic provided by eFlex Systems, users can realize real-time part storage, status, marriage, tracking, RFID recovery, quality gates, and reporting.

“We have been fine-tuning performance for eFlex Track & Trace for the past year and it is ready for production,” says George Jewell, Vice President of eFlex Systems. “This software represents a significant technology shift for eFlex systems and is proving to be a “game changer” for plant floor systems. We are excited to be unveiling it at this event. Our seminar at the show will highlight the features of this new software solution, and we are looking forward to implementing it on a live machining line this year.”

Our Seminar At The Show: “eFlex Systems Traceability and Quality: Robust Traceability in Manufacturing Operations for Real-Time Quality Management”

Seminar Description: eFlex Systems Traceability and Quality is a software solution which enables manufacturers to store, retrieve, and report part status in a manufacturing environment. Using state of the art server software in conjunction with streamlined plant floor controller logic provided by eFlex Systems, users can realize real-time part storage, status, marriage, tracking, RFID recovery, quality gates, and reporting.

Manufacturing problems solved by eFlex Track & Trace:

  • Plant part status and tracking solutions falling short due to excessive server response times when determining part status.
  • Plant overall “system” not integrated well with the plant floor controllers and networks - further causing response delays and inflexible architectures.
